Azerbaijan, Iran to prepare for joint investments

Azerbaijan and Iran will create a working group on investments at the level of deputy ministers.
The corresponding agreement was reached during the meeting between Azerbaijan 's Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev and Iran 's Minister of Finance and Economy Ali Tayebnia in Tehran.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the cooperation in the spheres of trade, economy, finance, investment, industry, banking and insurance. The sides expressed interest in intensifying the cooperation in these areas.
Mustafayev congratulated the Iranian minister on successful completion of the talks on the Iranian nuclear program and signing of the agreement. He added that this agreement would open new opportunities for expanding cooperation between the two countries.
They also discussed the issue of holding the meeting of the intergovernmental commission.
