The Ministry of Industry of Turkmenistan extends an international tender.
The subject of the tender is the design and construction of a plant for the production of thermal insulation materials in the district named after S.Turkmenbashi of the Balkan velayat (region).
Interested parties are required to pay $1,000 or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats for participation in the tender.
The tender bids are accepted until 4 p.m. (GMT + 5 hours) Aug.10 2015.
The account will be specified upon submitting a written application.
The tender documents will be accepted in two envelopes: commercial (an envelope with the commercial offer only includes the price specification) and the technical proposal (an envelope with the technical offer includes all other necessary documents).
