Inflation in Kazakhstan in March made up 0.5 percent compared to February and 1.3 percent compared to the beginning of the year, Trend reports via Kazakh media.
According to the Statistics Committee of the National Economy Ministry of Kazakhstan, last month the prices of food products increased by 1 percent compared to February, non-food products - by 0.3 percent, while paid services for the population rose in price by 0.2 percent.
Meanwhile, since the beginning of the year, food prices have risen by 3.8 percent, non-food prices - by 0.9 percent, while prices for paid services have decreased by 1.4 percent.
