Russia's Tatarstan has begun work on the supply of light-weight agricultural aircraft MV-500 to Turkmenistan, Trend reports referring to the press service of Tatarstan head of state.
As reported that besides MV-500, the Turkmen side was interested in importing the aircraft "Farmer", which is also produced by the MVEN Ltd. of Tatarstan.
Earlier, Turkmenistan Airlines and the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan studied the price parameters and technical characteristics of these aircraft.
Turkmenistan cultivates wheat, cotton, rice and sugar beets.
