Azerbaijan’s dairy producer, Atena company, intends to export its products to Russia and Central Asian countries, Orkhan Aliyev, marketing manager of the company, told Trend.
“As for the Central Asian region, the company plans to start to export the products to Kazakhstan first,” he added.
"The negotiations are being held with potential partners in this sphere,” Aliyev said. “Cheeses are planned to be supplied to Kazakhstan by late 2019. Various product samples will be supplied in autumn. Afterwards, we plan to start to export the products in accordance with the requested volumes."
“The company is also working on a mechanism of exporting the products to the Arab countries,” he said. “There is certain progress in this sphere.”
The production plant of Atena company is located in Aghjabadi district. The company has its own farm and a land plot.
