Nur Sud LLC, Azerbaijani dairy manufacturer, is expanding varieties of milk and dairy products, a source in the company told Trend.
This includes production of new types of milk and cream, according to the source.
“We produce five types of milk with different fat percentage, we plan to develop another type of milk and produce a new type of cream with higher percentage of fat,” the source noted. “Development of the production line will begin in the coming months. In the process of producing new types of dairy products, we plan to use the technologies we have, which meet quality standards.”
It was also noted that new types of dairy products in small volumes will appear in stores at the beginning of next year.
“Through opening of new production lines, the total volume of production by the end of the year will increase by 25-30 percent,” the source noted.
The manufactured products of the company have a certificate of conformity issued by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents, as well as a hygienic certificate issued by the Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology of Azerbaijan’s Healthcare Ministry.
The company uses equipment manufactured in Sweden.
