Exports of non-alloy steel products from China to Georgia decrease

China exported 31,665 tons of flat-rolled products of non-alloy steel to Georgia from January through September 2019, Trend reports referring to the Georgian National Statistics Office (Geostat).
Flat-rolled products of non-alloy steel worth $23.3 million were exported from China to Georgia.
In an annual comparison, China has reduced the export of flat-rolled products of non-alloy steel. Over the same period last year, 32,596 tons of flat-rolled products of non-alloy steel were exported from China to Georgia for a total of $32.5 million.
For nine months of 2019, total imports to Georgia from China amounted to $647.2 million. In turn, Georgia exported goods worth $125.1 million to China.
The foreign trade turnover of Georgia with China from January to September 2019 exceeded $772.3 million, which is 8.4 percent of the total trade turnover of Georgia.
