Prices on industrial products in Kazakhstan increase

Following the end of first ten months of 2019, prices of Kazakhstan’s industrial manufacturers increased by 2.1 percent compared to the beginning of the year, Trend reports with reference to the data of Kazakhstan’s Statistics Committee.

The increase of prices by 4.4 percent was observed in processing industry, and by 1.5 percent in the mining industry.

Industrial goods increased in price by 2.3 percent, industrial services - by 0.7 percent.

Coal increased in price by 9.3 percent, metal ores by 7.8 percent, natural gas by 1.9 percent, diesel fuel by 1 percent, oil by 0.8 percent. Propane and butane dropped in price by 10.8 percent, petrol by 9.4 percent, fuel oil by 1 percent.

Furthermore, prices of precious metals increased by 30.3 percent, of lead by 12.3 percent, of ferrous metals rolling by 8.3 percent.

Decrease of prices is observed on zinc by 9 percent, aluminum by 3.9 percent, ferroalloys by 3.2 percent, copper by 2.7 percent.

Increase of prices is also observed on rye flour by 40.6 percent, wheat flour by 20.3 percent, cereals by 25 percent, rice by 22.1 percent, pasta by 11.5 percent, bread by 8.5 percent, cattle meat by 8.1 percent, poultry meat by 3.3 percent, milk products by 5.1 percent, vegetable oil by 3.4 percent, tea by 3.1 percent. Decrease of prices by 0.7 percent observed on sugar.
