Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan strike deal to open joint car dealership

Uzavtosanoat and Allur Group signed an agreement to establish an Uzbek-Kazakh joint venture in Kazakhstan, Trend reports citing the Uzbek media.

Avtosanoat Invest (Uzbekistan) and Saryarka AvtoProm LLP (Kazakhstan) are the founders of the new company

The signing took place in Urgench as part of the Second Forum of Interregional Cooperation between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

Creation of the joint venture will allow to expand the distribution network of UzAuto Motors JSC in Kazakhstan, reduce the cost of cars sold in Kazakhstan, as well as to apply additional financial and insurance tools in product sales.

Within the framework of the agreement it is planned to develop export markets of Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries, delivery to which will be made through the joint venture. In total, in the nearest future the company plans to open more than 100 dealerships in the export markets, which are part of the unified network.

During the forum UzAvtosanoat also presented to the participants the whole range of passenger cars, cargo and special vehicles, buses and trucks manufactured by Uz Truck & Bus Motors, SamAuto, UZAUTO Trailer and UzAuto Motors.
