New ceramic plant commissioned in Turkmenistan

Plant for production of ceramic materials has been built in Khalachdistrict, Lebap region in Turkmenistan, Trend reports citing the "Zolotoy Vek" (Golden Age) newspaper.

This complex has an output capacity of 200,000 tons of production per year and it is the first in the country fully automated facility, which is targeted to production of wide variety ofdecorative items.

More specifically, the facility is designated for production of ceramic construction materials. The complex of operation facilities includes production facility with total area of 1.5 hectares, administrative building, and technical services.

There are installed crushers and mills for grinding of clay, silos for storage of components, conveyor lines, mixers, hydraulic escalators, extruders, dryers, tunnel furnaces for tempering of ceramics, robots. Operation and control of all links of technological chain from putting go material to bunkers until making recipe and packing of ready-made items to thermal film are carried out remotely by programmed software.

The facility implements clinker and thermal resistant blocks. It is planned to arrange the production of dry mixtures, ceramic tiles and steps, terracotta façade tiles and other products.

The plant has been built by the work request of Dowletli Dowran Business entity by Eziz Doganlar construction company.
