Uzbek Economic Court puts restaurant in Tashkent up for auction

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 12

Two floors of Sato restaurant in Uzbekistan will be sold at an auction, Trend reports citing Forbes Uzbekistan.

Two floors of Sato restaurant are sold through an online auction at a starting price of 3.5 billion soum ($344,492).

The lot is put up for auction by the decision of the Uzbek Economic Court of June 25, 2019, the message said.

The auction will take place on May 18 from 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+5). Applications for participation will be accepted until 01:00 PM on May 16.

A year ago, in May, the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau put up Chelsea and Cinara's restaurants in the area for auction.

Meanwhile, the Toshkent Savdo Markazi complex, formerly known as State Department Store, will be sold at an auction on June 8, 2020. The starting price is 303 billion soum ($29.8 million).

On February 18, 2020, famous Tashkent hotel 'Chorsu' was sold for 16.9 billion soum (nearly $1.8 million) at the auction, to Ittihad International Investment company from the UAE.
