The citizens of Russia purchased 927 real estate properties in Turkey from January through June 2020, which is 337 properties less compared to the same period of 2019, the Turkish General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadaster told Trend.
According to the report, Russian citizens purchased 63 real estate properties in Turkey in June 2020, which is 127 properties less compared to June 2019.
In June 2020, 190,936 properties were sold in Turkey, having slumped by 209 percent on an annualized basis.
As many as 1,664 properties were sold to foreigners in Turkey in June of this year, which is 31 percent less compared to the same month of last year.
