A large volume of different types of fertilizers was exported to Turkmenistan from Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries from January through May 2020, Trend reports, citing statistics by the Eurasian Economic Commission.
According to the commission, Russia was the only exporter from the EAEU countries to Turkmenistan of animal and vegetable fertilizers in the amount of 80,250 kilograms, for a total amount of $240,000.
In addition, during the reporting period, mixed mineral fertilizers were exported from Kazakhstan and Russia to Turkmenistan in the amount of 5,597 tons, for a total amount of over $2 million.
The share of Kazakhstan in the total amount of exported mixed mineral fertilizers is $181,715, and the share of Russia accounted for $1.8 million.
As was reported earlier, these two countries exported 1,788 tons of non-woven materials to Turkmenistan, in the amount of $3.6 million from January through May 2020.
The share of Kazakhstan in the export of non-woven materials stood at $3.6 million, and the share of Russia - $77,578.
