Iran exported about $293 million worth of copper cathode and related products to China during the first eight months of the current Iranian year (March 20 through November 20, 2020), Trend reports citing Iran Customs Administration (IRICA).
According to the statistics, 45,600 tons of copper cathode and related products were exported to China over the reporting period. The average price per ton was $6,410.
"Iran exported 505,000 tons of iron and steel ingots worth $183 million to China within eight months," the statistics said.
In addition, Iran exported 488,000 tons of semi-finished steel products worth $170 million to China. The average price per ton was $248.
According to the statistics, Iran exported 19,000 tons of aluminum worth $30.9 million in eight months. The average price of aluminum exports for each ton was $1.620.
At the same time, Iran exported 367,000 tons of iron ore concentrate worth $28.3 million to China within 8 months. The average price was $77 per ton.
"Furthermore, Iran exported 303,000 tons of iron ore pellets worth $16.5 million over the same period. The average price for per ton was $55," the statistics said.
According to the statistics of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Iran exported 75 million tons of goods worth $21.5 billion during the first eight months of the current Iranian year (from March 20 through November 20, 2020). Iran's exports decreased by 19 percent in terms of value and 14 percent in terms of volume compared to the same period last Iranian year.
In addition, Iran imported 21.8 million tons of goods worth $23.1 billion within 8 months of the current Iranian year.
Iran's imports decreased by 18 percent in terms of value and 1 percent in terms of volume compared to the same period last Iranian year.
