Iran discloses data on exports from Bushehr Province

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Dec. 28

About 23 percent of Iran's goods in terms of volume and 16 percent in terms of value were exported through the customs of the Bushehr Province (southern Iran), during the first nine months of the current Iranian year (March 20 through December 20, 2020), Customs Inspector of Bushehr Province Behrouz Gharabeigi said, Trend reports citing Iran Customs Administration (IRICA).

According to Gharabeigi, Iran exported about 85.2 million tons of goods, of which 18.9 million tons were exported through the customs of Bushehr Province.

The official added that the value of Iran's exports amounted to $25.1 billion over the reporting period, of which $4.36 billion fell to the province’s customs.

“The province's customs office support economic activists in the export of non-oil products and the implementation of healthy trade,” he said.
