A number of facilities will be launched in Iran’s road and urban development sector in the next three weeks, Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran Mohammad Eslami said, Trend reports citing IRNA.
He made the remark in an event dedicated to the launch of 12 facilities at the Mehrabad Airport in Tehran.
According to the minister, these facilities have a financial and economic value of 100 trillion rials (about $2.38 billion) in total.
Eslami added that several steps are being taken to develop air transportation in Iran.
Today on Jan. 31, twelve facilities were put into operation at Iran's Mehrabad Airport. A total of 2 trillion rials (about $47.6 million) was spent on these facilities.
