The inflation rate in Iran increased by 35.7 percent in the 8th month of the current Iranian year (October 23 through November 21, 2021), compared to the same month last Iranian year, Trend reports referring to the Statistical Center of Iran.
The statistics show that families spent an average of 35.7 percent more on some products and services compared to the same month of the last Iranian year.
The inflation on food, soft drinks, and tobacco products in Iran was 46.4 percent in the 8th month, while in the non-food and services sector was 30.2 percent, according to the statistics.
