The secretariat of joint Iran-China Chamber of Commerce announced Mongolia's readiness to export natural wool to Iran through a barter system, Trend reports citing ILNA.
Mongolia is able to export 1,000 tons pf washed fleece to Iran through a barter system, the Chamber of Commerce said in a statement.
Mongolia with its untouched vast countryside has more than 30 million sheep that are being cultivated in the traditional nomadic lifestyle. Mongolia produces 30,000-35,000 tons of wool a year, annually, 70 percent of which are going for export.
