BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 28. As many as 34 industrial enterprises will be put into operation in the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province (western Iran), during the first 4 months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through July 22, 2022), Chairman of the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of the province Sajjad Rostami said, Trend reports citing the organization.
The chairman said that there is currently more than a 90-percent physical progress in the construction of the enterprises.
Rostami added that a total of 3.62 trillion rials (about $86.2 million) has been spent on these enterprises, and as a result 572 people will be employed.
“These enterprises will be engaged in production of foodstuffs, wooden products, metal and non-metallic products and etc.,” he noted.
According to Rostami, at present, over 2,000 enterprises are under construction in the province. There is more than a 60-percent physical progress in the construction of 150 of the enterprises.
