Azerbaijan to import citrus plants from N.Cyprus

Atatrading Company entering Ataholding Group of Companies will import citrus plants to Azerbaijan from North Cyprus, Trend reports.

The Company plans to set to import transactions till late December. Besides, Atatrading will export the product producing by Shamkir poultry farm to the Georgian market from February 2006.

Newly established Atatrading Company is involved in strengthening of the logistics of the companies functioning in the agriculture and food sector, as well as trade transactions at international market.

The agreement on import of citrus plants from North Cyprus was achieved at the business forum held in Baku in August. Ahmad Erentok, the chairman of the Supervisory Board of Ataholding Group of Companies, said to journalists that citrus plants would also be sold from Azerbaijan to Russia and Georgia.
