Latvia is interested in the cooperation with Azerbaijan in the audititing sphere, the Accountancy Chamber of Azerbaijan (AC) told Trend. This view has been voiced by the General Auditor of the National Office of the Latvian Republic, Inguna Sudravba at the meeting with the AC foreign relations department head.
During his visit to Riga the sides discussed perspectives of the future development between the highest financial control bodies of the both countries, possible signing of the agreement on cooperation in the auditing field and etc.
В"Expanding of relations with this Latvian structure may affect positively the activities of the Accountancy Chamber taking into consideration the experience in establishing the structure. It is important for the Accountancy Chamber to exchange experience in this field, to hold joint inspections, training of the staff with Latvia, AC stressed.
