In January-March 2006 Azerbaijans trading operations amounted $1,943,276,900. Trend reports with reference to the release of State Customs committee, within this time 1,184 kinds of goods were exported in amount of $1,037,796,200, price of imported 4,035 kinds of goods made $905,480,700. Thus, import and export operations have come to black with $132,315,600.
Amount of trading operations rose by 116.43% ($558,284,400) year-over-year, while amount of import operaions fell by 19.92% ($225,301,200) due to reduction of imported equipment, black metallurgy items and various industrial units.
