According to the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan, melons and gourds harvest totaled 14,200ton, up 2,654ton over year. Rizvan Mustafayev, deputy chief of crop production processing and soil control with Ministry of Agriculture, told Trend the harvest has been gathered in from the area of 28,716ha. The fruits harvest totaled 62k ton.
Potatoes have been gathered in from 17,600ha in amount of 233,400ton, up 22,400ton over year.
