According to him, the Anti-Monopoly Service has already begun investigations in relation to the appeal. The manufacturer of the counterfeit products will be determined in the near future.
Dadashov said that over the recent period, a number of monitoring have been held due to the use of the trade marks of large firms specialized in electrical equipment, sanitary engineering equipment and construction materials.
"I consider it right to take administrative measures with regards to those who break the anti-monopoly legislation. Due to such a contravention, we organize medical examinations and the Commission which investigates the matter will apply financial sanctions," Dadashov said.
