Georgia, Tbilisi, Nov. 19/ Trend , N. Kirtskhalia/ National Energy Management Commission (NEMC) of Georgia fined Kavkaztransgaz Tbilisi worth 15,000 lari (almost $10,000), the Commission said.
NEMC fined the company as it laid liabilities on consumers contradicting legislation, in other words, it demanded to pay for technical services during gas supply.
As to gas the issue of meters, for which NEMC was planning to fine the company earlier, it was postponed by several months. Kavkaztransgaz Tbilisi decided to restore gas supply of subscribers who refused to change meters through their own funds.
"The subscribers whose gas supply was suspended because of damaged meters, will be supplied with gas on Dec. 20," Guram Chalagashvili, chief of the Commission said.
