The Azerbaijani Ekol and Uzbek Uzbekneftgaz companies will sign a partnership agreement in Tashkent, Ekol said. The agreement will be signed during the Ekol delegation's visit to Uzbekistan on Feb. 16-19.
An additional agreement between the two companies will be signed during the Uzbekneftgaz delegation's visit to Azerbaijan on Feb. 26 to March 2.
Later year, the companies agreed to launch an alliance to produce sorbent in Baku.
Ekol was cofounded in March 2006 to solve ecological problems in Absheron by SOCAR and Lancer S.A. Services.
