In January-April, JSC "Bakielektrikshebeke (sale and distribution of electricity in Baku) has received roughly 3.4 billion kilowatt hours of electricity from "Azerenergy" (in Azerbaijan's largest producer of electricity) compared to 3.5 billion kilowatt hours of electricity over the same period in 2008, official Web site of Bakielektrikshebeke said.
In April, "Bakielektrikshebeke purchased 726.1 million kilowatt hours of electricity compared to approximately 835 million kilowatt per hour in March.
In January-April, Bakielektrikshebeke's payment to Azerenergy JSC was 77.9 percent versus 73.4 percent for the same period last year.
In April, payments to Azerenergy amounted to 86.3 percent versus 78.8 percent in March.
