The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China received 10 billion cubic meters of Turkmen gas via a pipeline connecting China and Central Asia, ChinaPro reported Monday citing Chinese sources.
It was reported that 40 million cubic meters of gas is pumped through the pipeline every day. The delivered gas meets the parameters specified by the contract. About 17 billion cubic meters of gas should be received from Central Asia this year.
