Iran's oil production in July reduced by 46,000 barrels to 3,608 million barrels of oil per day, Pananews reported quoting OPEC's latest report.
Iran ranked second major oil producer, holding 12 percent of OPEC production in July.
Iran's OPEC governor Mohammad-Ali Khatibi said earlier that Islamic republic is capable of producing more than its usual quota.
Meantime Saudi Arabia's oil production increased by 251,000 barrels of oil per day to 9,419 million during this period and it held 32.3 percent of OPEC production.
The average of OPEC'S oil production during July increased by 314,000 barrels to 29,913 million barrels.
