Iran has installed an advanced oil rig in the offshore block of South Pars Phase 13, SHANA reported quoting Project Manager Alireza Arzandeh as saying.
"The process of drilling first delineation well started in Phase 13 by a foreign company and Iran's management," he said.
Pars Gas and Oil Company will provide financial sources for the development of Phase 13, while it's expected to drill 36 development wells in Phase 13.
