Iran's Persian Gulf Star Refinery reveals export details in 7 months

In the first seven months (from March 21 to Oct.22, 2019) of the current Iranian year, Persian Gulf Star Refinery, located in Bandar Abbas county of Iran's Hormozgan province, exported oil products worth $100 million, the company's CEO Mohammad-Ali Dadvar told reporters, Trend reports.

The goods were exported to Azerbaijan, Afghanistan and Pakistan by land, and to the Gulf countries by sea, Dadvar said.

Dadvar added that 80 percent of the company's sales are carried out on the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX).

The CEO noted that in the last Iranian year (from March 21, 2018 to March 21, 2019), the company exported oil products worth over $300 million.

The implementation of the company's program to improve production capacity and eliminate production obstacles at the refinery will increase its daily 360,000 barrels of gas condensate consumption to 540,000 barrels.
