Imports of aviation fuel to Georgia amounted to 9,200 tons in November 2019, which is 7,100 tons more than in October 2019, Trend reports referring to the Union of Oil Product Importers of Georgia.
As reported, 72.8 percent of aviation fuel imports to Georgia accounted for Turkmenistan, and 17.4 percent - for Turkey.
According to the Union of Oil Product Importers of Georgia, in October 2019, 100 percent of aviation fuel to Georgia was imported from Turkmenistan.
In October 2019, aviation fuel imports to Georgia amounted to 2,100 tons, which is 3,300 tons less than in September 2019.
Import of aviation fuel to Georgia from January through November of this year amounted to 92,200 tons, which is 0.4 percent less than for the same period last year (92,600 tons).
