BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 8. Iran's Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Holding is currently taking steps within 29 projects, CEO of the company Abdolali Ali Asghari said, Trend reports citing the company’s website.
The CEO noted that within the framework of 3 projects, the 1st unit of the plant of Hengam Petrochemical Company, the new gas refinery of Yadavaran Gas Refining Company and the new plant of Gachsaran Petrochemical Company will be launched by the end of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2023).
“Meanwhile, during the next Iranian year (March 21, 2023 through March 19, 2024), a number of facilities are planned to be put into use within 10 projects,” he added.
Asghari also said that with the launch of 3 new facilities, the company's annual production will increase from 22 million tons to 33 million tons.
Iran's Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Holding is considered one of the main petrochemical companies in the country.
