BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 27. SOCAR Türkiye and Sabanci University will develop a hydrogen project, Trend reports citing Turkish media.
Reportedly, SOCAR Türkiye Research and Innovation Center in cooperation with Sabanci University plans to develop unique electrodes containing new generation doped catalysts for green hydrogen production from water.
SOCAR Türkiye Research and Innovation Center, which started cooperation with Sabanci University in November 2022, launched a research project called "Development of unique anodes for hydrogen production using bipolar membrane electrolyzers."
Clean energy production technologies are necessary to achieve the EU goals of zeroing greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. The most promising fuel for achieving this goal is hydrogen.
