The date of the initial legal hearings on the case of removal of Azerbaijani employees from the PCH Offshore has been defined. The Committee of Trades Unions of Employees of Oil and Gas Industry of Azerbaijan told Trend the hearings on the cases of Vusal Jafarov and Samir Nabiyev have been scheduled for 2 March and Azer Guliyev will defend the plaintiffs rights.
Major demand laid by the plaintiffs is the restoration of workers to their previous positions in the company.
The committee said that the committee was the initiator of all actions and itself resolves the financial issues.
During the preparatory hearings Mehman Sultanov, a lawyer of the company, represented PCH Offshore.
