Uzbek Industrial and Construction Bank (Uzpromstroybank) signed a syndicated loan agreement for $34 million and 14 million euros, Trend reports with reference to the bank.
The funds were successfully utilized, and the debt to creditors was fully repaid, despite the global pandemic. The transaction was organized by Transkapitalbank and Promsvyazbank (both Russian).
In 2019, the bank already had such an experience. Bank signed an agreement with the same banks, in the amount of 16 million euros and $3.5 million for one year.
The banks total capital amounted to 2.4 trillion soum as of August 1, 2020, and compared to the beginning of 2020 increased by 888 billion soum. By the reporting period, the authorized capital of the bank made up two trillion soum.
Based on the data of Fitch Ratings' international rating agency, Uzpromstroybank's rating was approved at 'BB-' with a stable outlook.
