Azerbaijani banks in 10M2021 increased the issuance of consumer loans by 17.8 percent compared to the beginning of the year - up to 4.3 billion manats ($2.5 billion), Trend reports citing the Central Bank (CBA).
According to the CBA, on an annualized basis, this figure increased by 15.2 percent.
It is reported that Azerbaijani banks issued consumer loans for 3.7 billion manats ($2.2 billion) in 10M2021.
The loan portfolio of Azerbaijani banks at the end of October 2021 amounted to 15.99 billion manats ($9.4 billion).
In the structure of the loan portfolio, business and mortgage loans accounted for 9.35 billion ($5.5 billion) and 2.33 billion manats ($1.4 billion), respectively.
