The state budget of Azerbaijan received about 8.4 million manat ($4.9 million) from the privatization and renting of state property in February 2022, Trend reports via the State Property Service.

Three privatisation auctions were held in February, statement noted.

One joint-stock company, three small state-owned enterprises and 46 cars were privatized at auctions.

A total of 24 electronic applications for state property put up for auction have been received and 10 online applications through the Electronic Auction program have been made to participate in the auction over the past month.

Revenues to the state budget, excluding privatization, amounted to 6.62 million manat ($3.8 million) in February.

The number of lease agreements has increased as a result of the control and educational activities carried out to ensure the effective use of state real estate and the leasing of objects.

A total of 264 new renting agreements were signed last month, among them, 95 are for non-residential facilities and 169 for land plots.
