BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 18. An auction for the placement of bonds of the Finca Azerbaijan non-bank credit organization (NBCO) will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on March 29, Trend reports citing the BSE.
Totally, 3,000 bonds of the NBCO with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588.2) each with a circulation period of two years and a yield of 12.5 percent will be put up for the auction.
The placement underwriter is Az Finance CJSC.
On March 1, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the BSE, the bonds of NBCO Finca Azerbaijan with a total value of three million manat ($1.76 million) were included in the listing of the standard market segment.
