The State Oil Fund of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOFAZ) announced a tender today on intelligent and automated building design services as part of a project to build a new office building.
The project is scheduled to take 30 months.
The tender stipulates constructing intelligent information network infrastructure, an intelligent information security network, management systems and automated intelligent resources.
Participants can submit documents until Dec.25. Tender bids are accepted up to Jan. 8, 2010. Tender bids will be opened Jan. 11.
Preference will be given to companies with industry experience in Europe and the U.S.
