The revenues of mobile operators in Azerbaijan amounted to 912.2 million manats ($536.5 million) in 2019, Trend reports referring to Azerbaijani State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, compared to 2018, revenues of the mobile communications sector increased by almost 4.8 percent and amounted to 41.5 percent of the total revenues of the telecommunications market.
Information and communication services worth about 2 billion manat ($1.1 billion) were provided to the population and organizations in Azerbaijan in 2019, which is 15.9 percent more compared to 2018. Out of the services provided to organizations, 82.4 percent of total revenues were received from non-state enterprises
Furthermore, 72.8 percent of the total amount of information and communication services were provided to the population.
