The innovation agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan and the US Starta Ventures fund have reached an agreement in the field of innovations and high technologies, the agency told Trend.
According to the agency, acceleration programs, a new format of cooperation for developers and investors will be carried out within the framework of this agreement.
"We also plan to jointly work on the commercialization of projects and the creation of a joint venture fund. Starting from 2022, Azerbaijani startups within the framework of joint projects will be invited to the headquarters of the fund in New York to participate in the acceleration program," the agency said.
In addition, the agency said that Starta Ventures will provide financial assistance to Azerbaijani startups, and will also work to find investors and potential partners in the US market.
