The Super computer center, which is scheduled for establishment in the near future, will enable to forecast the climate in the region, Ali Abbasov, the Minister for Communications and Technologies, told journalists.
According to Abbasov, one of the issues included in the state program of Azerbaijan stipulate the opening of super computers center in the country in the near future and supply of such computers.
The key objective of opening of such a center is to ensure the implementation of functions which the ordinary computers cant. One of the functions of the super computers is the weather forecasting. It is more expedient to trace the weather forecasting by the super computers, Abbasov underlined.
