In February 2018, 1,747 tenders were held in Turkey’s Ankara city, the country’s Electronic Public Procurement Platform told Trend March 1.
Out of the total volume, 998 tenders were held on procurement of goods, 675 tenders – in the services sector, 73 tenders – in construction sector, and one tender – on consulting services.
During the reported period, 1,420 tenders were held in Istanbul, and 791 of those tenders were conducted on procurement of goods, 555 tenders – in the services sector, 70 tenders – in construction sector, and 4 tenders – in the sphere of consulting services.
According to the results of two months of 2018, 3,167 tenders were held in Ankara and Istanbul.
In 2017, 63,211 tenders were held in Ankara and Istanbul.
