Turkmenistan’s Turkmengas State Concern has announced a tender for design and turnkey construction of a methyldiethanolamine production plant in the Balkan Province.
Bids are accepted until Apr. 2, 2020.
Interested parties are invited to submit an application indicating the full name of the participant, his legal status, country of registration, bank details and information about the company (main activities, experience in similar projects, etc.).
Moreover, it is necessary to get an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of $1,725 including VAT.
