Uzbek-Korean Uz-Kor Gas Chemical JV LLC has announced an open tender for the overhaul of 150 wells at the Surgil field in Uzbekistan.
To participate in the tender, a company must meet the following minimum criteria:
• The company should not be at the stage of reorganization, liquidation, or bankruptcy (submit a certificate from the tax office and the bank);
• The company should not be in a state of litigation or arbitration with the JV (submit a letter signed by a company lawyer);
• The company must be incorporated at least five years before the announcement of the tender (submit notarized copies of the company's memorandum of association, company charter);
• The company should have at least five years of experience in overhaul of wells in Uzbekistan;
• The company should have its own overhaul rigs in Uzbekistan (at least eight rigs);
• The company should be accredited in the field of drilling and overhaul over operations in the territory of Uzbekistan (submit a license of Sanoatgeokontekhnazorat State Inspectorate to carry out work on overhaul of wells);
• availability of tender documents in English and Russian.
