The Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan has opened a tender for the turnkey construction of a hybrid solar and wind power plant with a capacity of 10 MW in the Serdar district of the Balkan region by lots:
Lot №1 - Turnkey construction of a hybrid solar and wind power plant with a capacity of 10 MW in the Serdar district of the Balkan region.
Lot № 2 - Supply of equipment and materials for the construction of a single-circuit 110 kV overhead line from the 220 kV Serdar substation to the designed hybrid solar and wind power plant 10 MW.
The potential bidders are invited to submit a written application addressed to the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, his legal status, country of registration and details; obtain the specification of lots and technical requirements from the Department of Prospective Development, New Technologies and Capital Construction of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan.
An invoice in the amount of $1,500 for the first lot and $500 for the second one (excluding VAT and bank charges) is required.
Bids are accepted until August 6, 2021.
Packages with tender bids are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.
