BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 28. Turkmen Railways OJSC has announced an open international tender for the purchase of chemical reagents, paints and lubricants for diesel locomotives.
It is necessary to submit an application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the applicant for participation, his legal status and details, as well as attach to it registration and statutory documents, a power of attorney and a copy of the representative's passport.
Furthermore, participants are required to obtain the specification of lots and technical requirements, as well as to receive a package of tender documents.
Bidding documents must be submitted separately in two packages (technical and commercial proposals).
A payment of $575 is required (including $75 VAT).
Tender bids are accepted until May 22, 2023.
