ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, March 28. Turkmennebit State Concern of Turkmenistan has announced an open international tender for the replacement and dismantling/installation of a steam boiler, as well as related upgrades to the diesel hydrotreating unit of the Turkmenbashi Oil Processing Complex.
The tender applications should be submitted no later than 16:00 (GMT +5) on April 18, 2024, with an issued invoice for $1,725 (including VAT).
One sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation) certified with a mastic seal must be delivered to the specified address. It is mandatory to enclose the electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract (Word format), and the technical and economic specifications (Excel format) in the tender envelope.
