Uzbekistan increases flights to Kazakhstan

Uzbekistan Airways increased the number of regular flights to Kazakhstan’s Almaty, Trend reports with reference to the press service of Uzbekistan Airways.

According to the information, starting from March 7, 2021, flights to the city of Kazakhstan will be operated twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.

Earlier the Civil aviation Committee of the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of Kazakhstan reported that Kazakh SCAT Airlines would start operating flights between Kazakhstan’s Aktau and Uzbekistan’s Urgench.

According to the committee, SCAT started operating flights on Aktau – Urgench route starting from March 8, 2021, two times a week. It was noted that the flights on this route would operate on B-737 aircraft on Mondays and Wednesdays.

In addition, earlier Uzbekistan Airways announced the resumption of direct flights to Delhi. Uzbekistan Airways started operating flights from Tashkent to Delhi staring from March 5, 2021 twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
